Our courses are composed of five primary activities.
- Evaluations - before recommending courseware or presenting training we
evaluate your team for their current knowledge of sales theory and review a number
of each person’s live sales calls to determine their actual competency levels,
strengths, and weaknesses.
- Theory sessions - these are the sessions where the subject matter is
delivered. These sessions include lecture, questions and answers, drills, and
custom designed role-plays.
- Homework - after each theory segment attendees are given specific tasks
that will assure their ability to apply the date in the previous theory segment.
- Workshop sessions - in these sessions’ attendees are given feedback,
input, and coaching on their live calls with focus on the materials presented in
previous theory segment(s). And each theory segment has such a follow-up.
- Competency drilling - at appropriate points throughout the training the
attendees are put through drills that assure their complete understanding of what
was presented. These drills require a perfect pass.
Our focus is on the changing of selling behaviors. Our materials and
delivery structure are all designed to accomplish this primary objective. Any result
that does not promptly produce actual increases in call quality is not acceptable!
